Arrival & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you receive an animal and are
not happy with it for any reason, it may be returned for a full refund or full credit whichever the buyer chooses.
Contact must be made within 48 hours of the animals’ arrival and must be shipped back as soon as possible at the buyers expense.
In the event of a DOA or other complication due to shipping, other arrangements will be made to refund the cost in full or the customer
can choose to take a credit for the cost of the animal.
Shipping: All prices Do Not include shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Animals
can be shipped via UPS/FedEx Overnight or Delta Dash, whichever the buyer chooses. All animals must be
signed for and received at the first attempted delivery or the live arrival guarantee will be voided in the event of a DOA
or other complication from shipping.
Payment: Payments may be made using Postal
Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Certified Bank Checks, Credit Cards or through www.paypal.com. Our paypal payment address is brandon@summitreptiles.com. For Secure Credit Card orders please call us.
Reservations: Buyers can be placed a lists for animals before they are available and
it will be on a first come first served basis. Please inquire about reserving any animals placed on our
potential offspring list.

Plans are always available to buyers unless otherwise noted. A non-refundable deposit is required for a
payment plan with the balance to be paid within 60 days of the date of deposit. Other options are available
if necessary, so feel free to ask.
International
Orders: International orders are always welcome on an item
or combination of items totaling $2,000/US or more. International orders will be shipped from Phoenix,
Arizona to a broker where it will go through Fish & Wildlife inspection and be shipped to its destination.
The
costs for international orders are as follows:
